Terms of service
The agreement between you and Radial 47 when you use BoltGauge.
Last updated 5 September 2026.
1. The service
BoltGauge is a usage dashboard for AI coding agents, operated by Radial 47. It is an early release: anyone may sign in, and features may change, stop working, or be withdrawn while it is one. By creating an account or installing the agent you accept these terms.
2. Your account
Sign-in links and codes are for you alone; do not share them. You are responsible for the machines you link and for revoking any you no longer control. Give us an email address you actually read. It is how we reach you about the service.
3. The agent
The agent installs only after showing you a consent statement and taking a
typed yes. What it uploads, and what it never uploads, is set out
in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. You
can remove the agent at any time with boltgauge-agent uninstall.
4. Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service; do not attempt to reach another account’s data; do not use BoltGauge for anything unlawful; and do not link a machine or upload data you have no right to share.
5. Price
The early release is free. If we introduce charges, we will tell you before they apply to you, and you can close your account instead.
6. Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store and process it in order to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes, and no more. You can have it deleted at any time.
7. No warranty
BoltGauge is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is an early release: we do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and its numbers are estimates, not billing records.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending
You can stop at any time: uninstall the agent and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may withdraw the early release; if we do, we will say so by email first.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
